Getting Started
Step 1:

All project terms are outlined in our Service Agreement and a toll-free telephone conference is arranged to discuss your business in depth. Protected by a Non-Disclosure Agreement, you can provide Par Excellence with all pertinent information and venture background. We will also walk though several questionnaires with you to acquire additional information, as needed.
You will receive a highly interactive financial worksheet, which will enable you to enter projections and to examine what your profit and loss will look like. This worksheet allows you to make modifications and view the impact on your bottom line. It is a valuable tool that can be used repeatedly as your business grows.

Step 2:

With this preliminary background in hand, Par Excellence performs all necessary market research and develops an initial draft of your plan for your review. A telephone conversation is then scheduled to discuss your feedback on the plan. We also welcome comments through email at any time during the process. Each plan includes all drafts necessary to accurately reflect your goals and vision for your company.

Step 3:

Each plan requires between 3 - 5 weeks to complete, depending on its scope and your response turn-around time.

Upon receipt of your final payment, Par Excellence will send you:

• a bound copy of your business plan


• a Microsoft® Word® copy of your business plan


• an Adobe® PDF version of your business plan

To ensure your complete satisfaction and success, Par Excellence includes any necessary adjustments to the plan for up to three months following the project’s completion to account for negotiations with investors, financial institutions, or other stakeholders.
